Rosie Wilder Stephens, age 55, passed away at her residence on Saturday, December 10, 2016. She was born January 19, 1961 to Everett and Dorothy Wilder. She was a 1979 graduate of Pontotoc High School and a beautician for many years. She was a member of West Heights Baptist Church. Rosie enjoyed flowers, taking care of her animals, painting and collecting antiques.

Services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at West Heights Baptist Church with Dr. David Hamilton officiating, burial will follow in Pontotoc Memorial Gardens. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc...

Rosie Wilder Stephens, age 55, passed away at her residence on Saturday, December 10, 2016. She was born January 19, 1961 to Everett and Dorothy Wilder. She was a 1979 graduate of Pontotoc High School and a beautician for many years. She was a member of West Heights Baptist Church. Rosie enjoyed flowers, taking care of her animals, painting and collecting antiques.

Services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at West Heights Baptist Church with Dr. David Hamilton officiating, burial will follow in Pontotoc Memorial Gardens. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Stephens of Pontotoc, MS; two sons: John Richard Stephens and Collin Stephens; her mother: Dorothy Wilder of Pontotoc; one sister, Dixie Tutor and husband Mark of Pontotoc, MS; two brothers, Johnny Wilder and wife Janet and Jimmy Wilder, both of Pontotoc, MS; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Everett Wilder, and her grandparents, Penn and Clara McCarver and Leory and Mary Wilder.
Pallbearers will be Jon Michael Hannon, Rodney Moody, Shane Turk, Stephen Tutor, Philip Cox, Eli Hatcher and Lawrence Rakestraw
.
Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 8 PM at Browning Funeral Home and on Tuesday from 12 to 2 PM at West Heights Baptist Church.
